Our Commitment 

At Response Training Ltd we are committed to maintaining the security of any personal information that we may hold on you, your business and any student personal details we collect during the delivery of training.

All information and records relating to you, your business and a student’s personal details will be treated as private and confidential and are stored securely. However there are times that information in relation to you, your business and student personal details may be required to be shared with a third party.

Training Courses

By the nature of providing regulated training via an Awarding Body and the stringent Quality Assurance processes that are in place to ensure the best quality training, there may be times that course paperwork is viewed by, or shared with, Qualsafe Awards.

Personal Information 

Personal information, will only be disclosed to others such as Insurers, Awarding Bodies and other third parties (such as the responsible person within your company) who are directly involved in the normal course of arranging and administering the managing of your training. By accessing our services, you consent to any such transfer of information to a third party as those described above. 

           

We may use the data we hold about you to provide you with information of products and services we consider may be appropriate. Please notify Response Training in writing if you do not want to receive such information. We will not take instructions on your training arrangements from anyone else unless we have your prior written/emailed permission.

 

Our Retention of Your Personal Information

We will retain any personal information only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the business purpose for which it was collected. We will also retain and use your personal information for as long as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve any disputes and for the required time frames set out by our Awarding Organisation which currently is 3 years.

 

Sale of Data and Sharing of Data.

We do not and will not sell any personal data. We will only share data where necessary with awarding and statutory bodies for the purposes of certification, quality assurance and investigation.

We keep all information secured. Only authorised and trained people will have access to securely kept data.

     

Your Rights 

Under the General Data Protection Regulations which came into force 25thMay 2018, you have the right to ask us for a copy of any personal information about yourself that we hold on our records.
